how to uncover your passion, find your voice, speak your truth with
authority, and question the given. To the extent you are able to
master these exercises, you will be able to capture and hold the
attention of a reader-- and bring something that is uniquely yours

Making a Book
The basics of writing a readable book. Whether your opus is a work
of fiction or a family history, it means nothing unless it is read. Learn
the technical process of getting your words on paper and preparing
your book for publication, how to outline your thoughts and
determine whether you have enough material for a book, how a book
gets from concept to the bookstore shelf. Also includes a brief
overview of publishing options. No manuscript critique is
included.
Do not sign up for this workshop if: you have previously
published with a major New York publishing house , you have taken
other professional writing workshops or have studied books on
writing such as those published by Writer's Digest. This is a very
basic workshop designed to guide you through the process of
preparing your book for publication.
